Today I’m going to teach you how to get people who are abandoning your cart to ask you questions through Facebook messenger before the buy.
Start by setting up an audience for people who are reaching your cart and another audience for people who reached your thank you page.
When creating the campaign, set up the objective as Messenger. Go to the ad set level and optimize for click to messenger. Include the audience of people who have reached your cart and exclude the audience of people who reached your thank you page.
Under Ads, you can create a custom message asking your customers if they have any questions about your product or service.
